You can give even the same as what we discussed on 4-6/6-8 months SOLIDS,in addition to that here are some more items to keep your baby more stronger.at this time frame you must feed your baby atleast 3-4meal per day in addition to your breast feed/formula milk. 1 meal is about 6-8tablespoons.DONOT feel bad about your baby not taking the food as per your schedule, baby will intake as much they need, try to give small meal in a frequent interval of time

- Multi-grain sathumavu/health mix and Porridge
- Arisi omam Kanji/Rice carom seeds porridge(meal type)
- Arisi paruppu carrot kanji/rice Dhal carrot porridge (meal type)
- Arisi keerai kanji/rice greens porridge (meal type)
