Ingredients:
- Organic coconut milk – 1can
- Condensed milk – 1 cup
- Pure vanilla extract – 2 tsp
Procedure:
- Refrigerate the coconut milk can overnight or 12 hrs,( this process helps to separate the water and milk) the next day morning place the can upside down and open the can, collect the milk in a bowl and save the water.
- Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer, beat the coconut milk for about 5-8 mins under medium-high speed. It will get thicker and bigger in volume.
- At that time, add the condensed milk along with 2 tsp of pure vanilla extract and whip it for about 3-4 mins.
- Place this delicious ice cream into the BPA free Freezer safe containers. Keep it the freezer for at least 5 hours and the ice cream is ready to serve.
- The luscious, super-delicious and tasty “COCONUT BLISS- VANILLA Ice Cream” is ready to taste.
NOTE/TIP:
- You can incorporate the reserved coconut water into smoothies or any fresh fruit juices.
- You can even add about half a cup of heavy cream along with the coconut milk for lighter version.
- You can even use vanilla pod which adds more flavor.
