Ingredients:
- Whole wheat Bread – 6 nos
- grated Paneer – ½ cup
- Finely chopped onion – ¼ cup
- Finely chopped coriander – ¼ cup
- Plain red chili powder – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Chaat masala – ½ tsp
To shallow fry:
- Olive oil – 1 tblsp
- Cooking oil – 2 tblsp
Procedure:
- In a food processor/ mixer, crumble the fresh breads.
- Take a wide mixing bowl, add the crumbled bread, grated paneer, finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander, plain red chili powder, pepper powder, salt and chaat masala. Mix well until it combined together, the paneer will helps to keep the mixture more moist.
- Heat the oil (olive and mild cooking oil combined) for more flavor.
- Divide the paneer-bread mixture into equal portions and roll into sausage shapes.
- Place one by one gently into the pan and allow it cook for few mins on medium-low flame.
- Gently flip each sausage and cook evenly. It will take minimum of 3-4 mins.
- Serve the delicious and fluffy “Paneer-Bread Sausage” with some ketchup.
