Kezhvaragu/Ragi /Keppai/ Finger Millet Kanji (Sweet Version)

Ingredients

  •  Kezhvaragu/ finger millet powder -2 tblsp
  • Water                                                                -3/4 cup
  • Jaggery                                                              -1 tblsp/ as req
  • Ghee                                                                     -1 tsp
  • cardamom powder                                       –  a pinch
  • salt                                                                         – a pinch

Procedure

Take 2 tblsp of Kezhvaragu/ finger millet flour with a tblsp of jaggery dissolved water along with a tsp of ghee,cardamom powder and salt,stir well without any lumps then keep it in a low flame for few mins until it reaches smooth and creamy consistency. Serve Warm.
