Kezhvaragu/Ragi /Keppai–murungai keerai adai /finger millet- Drumstick leaves adai

Ingredients:
- Kezhvaragu podi/finger millet flour – 1cup
- Murungaikeerai/drumstick leaves – ½ cup
- Small onion/shallot – 3 nos (finely chopped)
- Garlic – 2pods (crushed)
- Beaten curd – ¼ cup
- Salt – as req
- Water – 3tblsp/ sa req
- Gingelly oil/ghee – as req
Procedure:
Step 1:
In a wide mixing bowl add the finger millet flour, salt, drumstick leaves, finely chopped small onion, crushed garlic, beaten curd and combine together with the help of curd moisture
Step 2:
By then add water little by little and mix altogether and keep aside.
Step 3:
Heat the tawa (cast iron preferable) and a tsp of ghee/gingelly oil in between take one parchment/butter paper/banana leaf/ milk cover for making adai
Step 4:
Place a tennis ball sized dough over the parchment/butter paper/banana leaf/ milk cover and start pressing with the help of your fingers. If your dough is too sticky, wet your fingers and press it towards clockwise direction to form a circular shape.
Step 5:
Now place the adai over the oil greased tawa and allow it cook for 4-5 mins in a medium flame, later turn the adai and add some more ghee/gingelly oil and let it cook for a while. Now you will get a delicious-healthy adai. Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
