Dry Grapes

We hardly use the word Raisins – but we are very familiar with Dry grapes, usually we Indians are used this in our sweets especially payasam/kheer or kesari. We also use this for constipation problem especially for our little ones.

Some of the benefits of raisins are

  • Rich in iron which helps to improve the growth of red-blood cells
  • High anti-oxidants helps to fight against with viral /bacterial infection
  • Sufficient amount of vitamin A helps to maintain our vision/ ocular health
