//Super Easy Instant Rava Appam with step-wise picture//
Ingredients:
- Upma rava – ½ cup
- Poha/aval – ¼ cup
- Curd/yogurt – ¼ cup
- Salt – to taste
- Water – as req
- Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Procedure:
- Wash and soak the rava and poha with required amount of water for about 10-15 mins(ref pic)
- Grind the soaked rava, poha along with ¼ cup of beaten curd and required amount of salt (ref pic)
- Now add ¼ tsp of baking soda and mix well; the batter is ready (ref pic)
- Heat the dosa pan and pour one ladle full of batter onto the hot pan (ref pic) and cover it with a lid and cook it for about 2-3 mins under medium-low flame; for this appam you don’t need any oil
- The soft, sponge and tasty “INSTANT RAVA APPAM” is ready to serve
