Ingredients:
- Heavy cream/ heavy whipping cream – 1 cup
- Condensed milk – 1 cup
- White chocolate shaves – ½ cup
- Chocolate syrup – as needed
- Natural cocoa powder – 1 tblsp
- Semi-sweet chocolate – 1 cup
- Whole milk – ¼ cup
Procedure:
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate, natural cocoa powder and milk and microwave it (or use bain-marie method) for about 1 min or until the choco melts and mix it completely without any lumps and strain the choco ganache and cool completely.
- In a wide mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream (for lighter version) using a hand/stand mixer under medium-high speed for about 5-8 mins.
- Now add the condensed milk into the cream mixture and beat it further for about 2-3 mins.
- Now pour the chocolate ganache into the cream mixture and fold it gently until it combines.
- Now add the white chocolate shaves and fold it gently. Place the delicious ice cream into the BPA free Freezer safe containers. Keep it the freezer for at least 5 hours and the ice cream is ready to serve.
- The chocolaty, creamy and super tasty “Homemade TRIPLE CHOCOLATE Ice cream” is ready to serve. Serve with some drizzle of choco syrup.
NOTE/TIP:
- You can even use heavy cream which is more rich and heavy, so I prefer heavy whipping cream.
- I use natural cocoa powder, you can use even dutch process which gives more chocolate richness to the ice cream.
- You can even add the cocoa powder directly into the cream, but I prefer this way.
