Ingredients:
- Yellow onion – 2 nos (big)
- Green chilies – 3 nos( medium)
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Curry leaves – 2 sprig
- Grated coconut – ½ cup
- Salt – to taste
- Gingelly oil – 3 tblsp
Procedure:
- In a pan, heat some gingelly oil, add the roughly chopped yellow onions, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves and grated coconut along with some salt.
- Saute for about 5-6 mins and cool completely
- Grind it very smoothly and enjoy with some hot idlis or dosa
- Delicious, refreshing “ONION-GREEN CHUTNEY” is ready.
