Poha/ aval Ladoo
Ingredients:
- Poha/ aval – 1 cup
- Water – as req
- Granulated sugar/ jaggery – 1/3 cup
- Grated coconut – 1/3 cup
- Cardamom powder – a generous pinch
Procedure:
- Rinse the poha completely and drain off the excess water using strainer.
- In a wide mixing bowl, add hydrated poha, granulated sugar, cardamom powder, and grated coconut.
- Mix thoroughly and make ladoos out of it.
- Enjoy the light and delicious “POHA LADOO”
