Microwave Minute cake

Ingredients:

Dry Ingredient

  • All-purpose flour  – 1.5 tblsp
  • Cocoa powder       – 1 tblsp
  • Granulated sugar – 1.5 tblsp
  • Baking powder      – ¼ tsp
  • Choco chip              – 1.5 tblsp (optional)
  • Chopped nuts        – 1 tblsp (optional)
  • Salt                               – a pinch

Wet Ingredient:

  • Vanilla essence  – ¼ tsp
  • Whole milk          – 1.5 tblsp
  • Canola oil             – 1.5 tblsp

Procedure:

  • Step 1: Put the dry ingredients into the microwave safe mug (you can sieve the dry ingredients before adding into the mug) and add the wet ingredients to the same mug. Mix together without any lumps.
  • Step 2: Microwave it for about 60-70 seconds (depends on your microwave and the mug which you are using to make the cake)
  • Step 3: Enjoy the delicious chocolate cake with a dollop of vanilla ice cream or sprinkle some powdered sugar over the cake top.
