Mushroom tikka Masala

MUSHROOM TIKKA MASALA:

 Ingredients:

  • Mushroom – 10 nos
  • Thick curd – 2 tblsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder – ½ tsp
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp (optional)
  • Cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Fennel powder – ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
  • Salt – as req

 Procedure:

Step 1:

Wash and cut the mushrooms and keep aside.

In a wide mixing bowl add all the ingredients along with mushroom. Marinate for about one hour or so.

Step 2:

Place a kadai add the marinated mushrooms and allow it cook for 5-8 mins.

You will get a delicious and tasty mushroom tikka

NOTE/TIP

  • If you want to do it immediately, then add a tblsp of oil before cook the mushrooms.
  • If you want to grill the mushrooms then, add the whole mushrooms and marinate for about 1 hr and grill the mushrooms. Enjoy hot.
