Cracked wheat/ godhumai rava/ godhumai kurunai is mostly used in down south. But very rarely you can see this in most of the restaurants. My mom used to make this upma very often (my dad’s favorite) Very healthy and filling food. My hubby likes upma very much when compared to other tiffin. So I often made upma with different ingredient (it’s my responsibility to give him a tasty and helathy food too) at least once in a week we have this tasty and healthy Godhumai rava upma. Very easy to make and don’t forget to try this.
