Sundal Mel Podi:
Ingredients:
- Coriander Seeds – 1/4 cup
- Byadgi Chili – 10 nos
- Channa Dhal – 2 tblsp
- Urad dhal – 1 tblsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tblsp
Procedure:
- Dry roast all the ingredients and grind coarsely. Store it in an air tight container for more shelf life.
- You can sprinkle this powder to any roast/ curry (vazhaikai/plantain, brinjal)
