Ingredients:
- Mullangi/ radish – 1 cup (finely diced)
- turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- plain red chili powder – ½ tsp
- cooking oil – 1 tblsp
- salt – to taste
Procedure:
- In a pan, heat some oil. Add the finely diced radish and cook under medium-low flame for about 3-4 mins
- Later add salt, turmeric powder and plain red chili powder. Saute for a while and sprinkle some water and cover it with a lid
- Within a min or so, spicy and crunch Radish/Mullangi poriyal is ready to serve.
