Radish Poriyal

Ingredients:

  • Mullangi/ radish – 1 cup (finely diced)
  • turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • plain red chili powder – ½ tsp
  • cooking oil – 1 tblsp
  • salt – to taste

Procedure:

  • In a pan, heat some oil. Add the finely diced radish and cook under medium-low flame for about 3-4 mins
  • Later add salt, turmeric powder and plain red chili powder. Saute for a while and sprinkle some water and cover it with a lid
  • Within a min or so, spicy and crunch Radish/Mullangi poriyal is ready to serve.
